After 20+ years in the motion picture and video profession representing directors, cinematographers, and production services... 19 years as a full-time Mom and a slight career change… Debi’s photographic talent steps into the light.

“ I received my first camera at the age of eight, earned a scholarship for my high school photojournalism efforts and have taken photos most of my life. My journey to portrait photography was born of two passions, my children and my camera. After the birth of my daughters, my focus turned toward capturing their childhood moments and documenting the fascinating, wonderful world they were discovering as their own. My second career was launched.

I approach my photography with the same passion, zest and energy that I approach my life. Life is a journey….capture and preserve the moments along the way. My portraits are casual and depict your lifestyle. It is the ‘un-planned,’ ‘un-posed’ moments that make my favorite photos and they will be yours too. My desire is to capture wonderful moments with images that will tell your story for a lifetime.”

Debi lives and works in the Central Florida region. She has a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and a Master's degree from Stetson University. She is an educator with the School District of Osceola County. Her award-winning photos have recently been published in a few select online magazines and chosen to illustrate a 2008 calendar. She is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, touring the country on her Harley Davidson Heritage Softail with her camera. Look for her 'photo essays' on this website and select others soon.
